[PR] [SPARK-56282] Exclude unnecessary `avro` dependency [spark-kubernetes-operator]

### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR adds `exclude group: "org.apache.avro"` to the `spark-kubernetes` dependency in `spark-submission-worker/build.gradle`.
### Why are the changes needed?
The `org.apache.avro` classes are included in the shadowJar as a transitive dependency of `spark-core`, but the operator does not use Avro serialization. Excluding it reduces the size of the fat JAR.
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
No.
### How was this patch tested?
Pass the CIs with the existing tests.
