0.15.0-rc01
### What's Wrong?
Restart fe after configuring 'http_max_header_size=81920' in fe.conf, and find that the configuration does not take effect. If you add 'enable_http_server_v2=false' to turn off the httpv2 configuration, 'http_max_header_size=81920' will take effect.
### What You Expected?
When httpv2 is enabled, you can also modify the request header size by configuring http_max_header_size.
### How to Reproduce?
After configuring http_max_header_size=81920, if you initiate a request with a request header size of 8193, you will get "Request Header Fields Too Large 8193 > 8192"

Rejected by fe because the request header is too large. I turned off http2 before, and configured the http_max_header_size parameter in fe and it took effect. So when http2 is enabled, which parameter can modify the request header size of the fe service configuration?

The size of the uploaded file is controlled by the jetty_server_max_http_post_size parameter. If you are stream load, it is not controlled by this parameter. The stream load is a 307 temporary redirect, which is directly transferred to be.
