sa-update support model

What is the support model for sa-update with released versions of
SpamAssassin? For a few weeks after 3.3.1 was released I was getting taily
updates. The last one was on 10th April (update to rev. 932302). Since
then the revision number at 0.4.3.updates.spamassassin.org is incrementing
daily but 1.3.3.updates.spamassassin.org is stuck.
