New description:

 The following features have been suggested in #223 for responsive layout
 mockup , but they deserve a separate ticket as they have some impact on
 dashboard plugin , and it's there where they should be implemented in
 first place .

   - Meta-data in activity feed at the top (deserves a separate ticket and
 further discussion)
   - Insert the header of activity feed into sticky panel (deserves a
 separate ticket and a generic design mechanism to do things like this by
 using other widgets as well)
