Please add mirror-vm.a.o to rsyncd.conf module [apache-dist-for-archive] ;

hosts allow += mirror-vm.apache.org [37.48.69.238]

I'll use tlp-eu-mid.apache.org [rsync.eu.apache.org],
but a global (puppet-generic) fix is ok, I think.
