OlingoV4 Test Coverage Build @ Apache

Hi all,

I created a build job for Olingo V4 which includes Cobertura Test Coverage.

Currently there are falsely some classes (API/generated/tets) which should be excluded for coverage.
I will fix this soon but IMHO for the future we should try to get a good coverage for our implementation code.
