METRON-1613: Metaalerts status update broken in Alerts UI

This PR removes the META_ALERTS_INDEX constant from the Alerts UI. The backend is now capable of working out the index given a sensor type (https://github.com/apache/metron/pull/1050) so this is not needed. This was tested in full dev (with both ES and Solr selected as the search engine) by creating a metaalert, navigating to the details panel for the metaalert, and verifying status can be changed successfully. Note that because https://github.com/apache/metron/pull/1038 is not in the Solr feature branch yet, you have to set `"source.type.field": "source:type"` in the global config when testing with ES.
I found what I think is a bug in the logic in `alert-details.component.ts` that doesn't properly set `isMetaAlert`. This causes metaalert details to be displayed like alert details. As far as I can tell this means showing the "Comments" tab. Was this the intention? Have we just not noticed this bug? It's easy to make it behave either way, just not sure what the right way is.
