Hadoop 2.7 is now EOM ([common-dev@hadoop "\[DISCUSS\] branch 2.7 EoL"|https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/d1f98c2c386f2f4b980489b543db3d0bb7bdb94ea12f8fc5a90f527b@%3Ccommon-dev.hadoop.apache.org%3E]) and has an active licensing issue (HADOOP-13794)

Let's go ahead and axe it from the next minor releases.
