Code style for SDO implementation

The SDO code seems to be using a different code style template from the
one we agreed on for SCA - should we leave things as they are or
reformat the SDO code to match the SCA code?

The rules are "Sun suggested standard with no tabs" - we checked
templates into the repo for Eclipse and Idea:
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/tuscany/contrib/java/trunk/docs/tuscany-eclipse-codestyle.xml
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/tuscany/contrib/java/trunk/docs/tuscany-idea-codestyle.xml

We should probably move these into a page on the website. I can do this
if someone can give me a couple of pointers on how to build/publish it
once they are there.

I don't mind using the same format as long as we have the rules documented
or tools to automate it.
