PERMISSIONS PROBLEMS

If any of you the Mirrors encounter any permissions problems while
mirroring from apache, please send an email to root@apache.org with the
error message and if possible what rsync module this error occurred in.

root@apache.org obviously has master access to the system and he will
fix these problems up.
