Velocity TagLib

Where can i find the code to build the Velocity TagLib?

(i'm looking for it in: http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-velocity/
 but there is not subdirectory called /contrib/temporary/veltag)

Really?  We need to fix that.

Do a CVS checkout of the project - that will bring all.
