Below behavior is seen with both LEGACY and FILE_SYSTEM_OPTIMIZED layout types.

Directory is created via FS API and on trying to delete this via Ozone API its unable to delete the key, even though the list works as expected.

As per recent changes around prefix support each directory is an entry in the DIRTABLE RocksDB.
