   @syed Thanks for the review. So, when trying to attach a volume to a VM and the system does not have a sufficient number of SRs/datastores remaining, a straight-forward error message is returned. Unfortunately, if the user tries to spin up a VM and encounters an insufficient number of SRs/datastores, CS throws an InsufficientCapacityException (as it does in many other cases). If we as a community want to address that issue, though, I believe it should be done in a separate PR. It may end up being a fair amount of work.
