[INFO] Github notifications for docs

Hi,

As part of our new docs workflow we are starting to receive github notifications through dev@ (pr, comments etc..).

As we work through this new setup please be patient :) with us. If it becomes too traffic heavy we will redirect github notifications to another email address.
