MyLEAD is a xml metdata catalog previously integrated with XBaya for data and workflow cataloging. MyLEAD is replaced by XMCCat a general purpose metadata catalog. Since this integration is for legacy reasons and not functional now, the support should be dropped. Based on the use cases, in the future the airavata community may want to discussion integration with xmccat. For now, its a clean up of dead code.
