[jira] Commented: (COUCHDB-1038) futon.js setting
$.couch.urlPrefix=".." makes it impossible to use futon as a couchapp in
any db

Jan Harmsen commented on COUCHDB-1038:
--------------------------------------
I know the first thought when reading this issue might be: "Why would anybody want to have Futon running as a seperate couchapp?"
Well, for example for modifying and testing different versions of Futon in parallel. Or when just trying out couchapp and looking for a sample app to push to a couchdb ;-)
I think it would be helpful to be able to run Futon as a normal couchapp.

> one needs to set $.couch.urlPrefix="" in futon.js for using futon as a normal couchapp (i.e. in any DB)
