Any plans to implement multi-tenant data cartridges?

I think this should be possible. We have now added support to host
multi-tenant framework cartridges with Stratos Load Balancer (HTTP/HTTPS).
We should be able to reuse the same functionality to host multi-tenant data
cartridges with HAProxy (TCP). WDYT?
