[GitHub] kafka pull request: MINOR: set charset of Javadoc to UTF-8

GitHub user sasakitoa opened a pull request:

    MINOR: set charset of Javadoc to UTF-8

    Currently javadoc doesn't specify charset.
    This pull reqeust will set this to UTF-8.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/sasakitoa/kafka javadoc_garbled

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/kafka/pull/1413.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #1413
