[PR] docs: fix relative path usage in `docs/` and versioned docs since 0.14.0 [hudi]

xushiyan opened a new pull request, #14212:

   All links referring to pages within `docs/` and originating from pages with `docs/` should use relative paths. Not paths prefixed with `/docs/` or `/docs/next/`, which won't link to the corresponding versioned docs.
   
   Also remove redundant `./` from relative paths as a style standardization.
