[jira] Created: (QPID-2654) Access control plugin should use Actor logging

Access control plugin should use Actor logging
----------------------------------------------

                 Key: QPID-2654
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-2654
             Project: Qpid
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Java Broker
    Affects Versions: 0.7
            Reporter: Andrew Kennedy
             Fix For: 0.7

The ALLOW_LOG and DENY_LOG ACL directives use standard Log4J logging. This should be replaced with the broker's Actor logging system, and a set of messages ACL-1001 and ACL-1002 created to log these conditions.
