I set in my context.xml cookies=false and send a request with a cookie
jsessionid and urlEncode don't encode my links!

the testcode looks like
URL url = new URL ("http://myServer/foo/foo");
HttpURLConnection conn = (HttpURLConnection)url.openConnection();
conn.setUseCaches(false);           
conn.setRequestProperty("Cookie","JSESSIONID=foo");
