Release candidate 1 for Apache Clownfish version 0.5.1 can be

Checked sums and sigs.

Ran Lucy's test_all.sh on OS X with Go 1.4.  Everything passed.

Ran Perl valgrind_test target on CentOS 7 in a Docker container with
debugging Perl 5.18. Everything passed.

Confirmed that the contents of the tarball matches the Git tag.

Examined CHANGES file, checked commits.

Looks good!
