   A preset would be a set of features.
   
   On the read side, each implementation would document the presets it's compatible with (meaning they are able to read _all_ the features in the preset).
   
   On the write side, the user would be able to ask for a given preset when writing a Parquet file (potentially using any feature in the preset, but not features outside of it).
