Edit Lenya local bad content
Hi there,
On of us have right to edit Lenya's localbadcontent
(http://wiki.apache.org/lenya/LocalBadContent) ?
Not me.

We don't have many problems with bots. Someone else reported it to infra
as well, so it did hit a few different wikis.

IMO infra have write access for the all-farm-wiki localBadContent.
Thinks that a pmc have write access for his own wiki localBadContent.
Seems me logic but no facts on it though.

Cause we have a spam bot on wiki some days ago... And each time this
arise James' users edit the localBadContent for they wiki (see mail under).
Seems to me a good practice. Have to see if how often this bot come here.
