New GoogleContacts gadgets (OAuth)
Hi people,
im in charge of the new stuffs on OAuth using PHP, and i was doing some test
on it (will submit the patch for the php version today), but when i try some
tests using the GoogleContacts gagdet i found that the version is the old
one, so i put the modified version for the new gadget in my googlecode:
http://opensocial-gaune.googlecode.com/files/contacts.xml
You have to modify the oauth.json to wherever my site is, or if you want to
download you have to put the location pointing to localhost.
The other steps are the same as:
http://groups.google.com/group/oauth/browse_thread/thread/5dea93b44dbbb628/1397c8971dd88e62?#1397c8971dd88e62

Oh and the mistake i made in this cut and paste, is that you have to
update the key too of course, so it becomes:
"http://opensocial-gaune.googlecode.com/files/contacts.xml" : {
"google" : {
"consumer_secret" :
"MIICdgIBADANBgkqhkiG9w0BAQEFAASCAmAwggJcAgEAAoGBALRiMLAh9iimur8VA7qVvdqxevEuUkW4K
+$
"consumer_key" : "weitu.googlepages.com",
"key_type" : "RSA_PRIVATE"
}
}

Keep in mind when trying this that the oauth.json file provided in
those instructions is 'invalid' according to php's json parser.
If you remove the trailing ',' from the entry like:
"http://dirk.balfanz.googlepages.com/contacts.xml" : {
"google" : {
"consumer_secret" :
"MIICdgIBADANBgkqhkiG9w0BAQEFAASCAmAwggJcAgEAAoGBALRiMLAh9iimur8VA7qVvdqxevEuUkW4K
+$
"consumer_key" : "weitu.googlepages.com",
"key_type" : "RSA_PRIVATE"
}
},
becomes:
"http://dirk.balfanz.googlepages.com/contacts.xml" : {
"google" : {
"consumer_secret" :
"MIICdgIBADANBgkqhkiG9w0BAQEFAASCAmAwggJcAgEAAoGBALRiMLAh9iimur8VA7qVvdqxevEuUkW4K
+$
"consumer_key" : "weitu.googlepages.com",
"key_type" : "RSA_PRIVATE"
}
}
then it works ok again
