getting error LogicalTypeAnnotation.Float16LogicalTypeAnnotation not found

I am using parquet-format 1.15.0

and importing LogicalTypeAnnotation.Float16LogicalTypeAnnotation
<https://www.javadoc.io/static/org.apache.parquet/parquet-column/1.15.0/org/apache/parquet/schema/LogicalTypeAnnotation.Float16LogicalTypeAnnotation.html>

but getting class not found.

Why?
