To make it easy for the community to contribute to HAWQ/PXF,  they will need some provision to test the framework out without any of the proprietary build tools.

Need to investigate if it makes sense to provided an all in all like environment on a docker container/vm with the goal of allowing community developers to test their pxf features, plugins and new APIs.

Alternative would be to provide a pure REST API test framework without having Hadoop stack running at all.
