Resolution: Fixed
fixed in revision 1073399: the artifact is uploaded on the Nuxeo vendor-release maven repository to avoid downloading the models at build time. We will need to discuss how to better manage this before we work on the first Stanbol release. Most probably the OpenNLP project will face the same kind of issues, see for instance: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENNLP-68
