   We should completely remove all refs to the akka-cloud-platform guide too.
   
   1. We are not offering a Pekko-cloud-platform
   2.  This has already been removed from the akka-guide ( https://github.com/akka/akka-guide/commit/b38970a3d6f5bcc9cfefe7181a454e0a7ae1b2fe).
