[DBCP] When is the next release ?

Hi,
    When is the next release of DBCP ?. I found one problem with 1.2.1
as it is not closing the last opened cursor. I saw this when I was
monitoring opened cursors using Oracle v$open_cursor view. I compiled
the latest CVS nightly source and found that it is failing in JUnit
tests. I dont the reason. The binary builds at
http://cvs.apache.org/builds/jakarta-commons/nightly/commons-dbcp/ is
corrupted.
