Removal of dist-mirror

I regret to inform that the server hosting apache.us.lucid.dk will be 
taken down within a couple of days, and the mirror will not be restored 
on another site. Please remove all references to it from the apache site 
and mirror list.

P.S. apache.eu.lucid.dk will still be serving apache and its users ;)
