Cache clearing trouble

Morning all,

We're having some issues with clearing our cache.

It's stuck around 1% free on an ATS server that is receiving no traffic after having the cache cleared using traffic_server -Cclear. We also tried deleting the cache.db file and restarting the service but traffic_line is still showing 1% percent_free.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be happening?

We're running ATS 3.0.2 if that helps.
