Synopsis: mod_rewrite doesn't pass Proxy Throughput on internal subrequests

State-Changed-From-To: analyzed-suspended
State-Changed-By: rse
State-Changed-When: Thu May 21 02:53:25 PDT 1998
State-Changed-Why:
This problem now is suspended until Apache 1.3.0 because a timely
solution is not possible because I myself don't know what
side-effects the chance could have. For a later release I'll
reconsider this change again if I'm sure it causes no
side-effects.
