How to clean the cache of Tomcat?

When a JSP-page has been compiled when the page is loaded for the first
time, how can I make sure that it's always recompiled even without any
changes? This is needed when a jsp page includes another jsp page and when
the included page is changed then the main jsp-page is not so it does not
recompile.

Is there any way of cleaning the cache of Tomcat? Where can I find the
cache-files under linux?
