Hi,
I am new admin of mirror.dkm.cz where we mirroring apache tree.
I just found previous owner didn't register it here although we have apache mirror and this server running almost 8 years.
I would like to register it with following information..

    [optional] rsync mirror : rsync://mirror.dkm.cz/apache/
    Country where the mirror is located : Czech Republic
    Contact email address : houmles@gmail.com
    Update frequency : 4 times a day
    Rsync repository used : rsync.eu.apache.org
    I use these rsync options : -avh --timeout=300 --delete-after
    I have configured my Apache HTTP server as requested : not really, we are using nginx with similar configuration
    I have subscribed the contact address to mirrors@apache.org : yes
    At the moment, I rsync from the IP address : 86.49.49.49 (2a02:8300:8000:3::49)
    I am checking the output from the rsynch job on a regular basis : yes, also monitored by nagios
