Flex logo in AS docs

Hi,

The current Flex logo in the ASDocs is a bit ugly looking (it's compressed).

Anyone who's a little more graphically minded than myself like to create a better one?

From what I can see the hight needs to stay the same height but the width can change a little. 

The header (to the left of the image)  has this gradient behind it.

Also a 12x12 Apache Flex icon similar to this AIR icon would be useful to indicate which class and methods have been added to the Flex SDK.

I have a PSD of the logo at a much bigger size, if you could give me a size
or screenshot of where its going I can size it down to what you need.
