Hi Florian,
please be aware that development for 1.3.x has stopped and that we are only fixing security bugs. Please consider migrating to 1.4.x. May be you could do us a favor and test your case with 1.4 and provide the testcase / quickstart?

> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: wicket
> Affects Versions: 1.3.6
> Environment: Windows XP
> Glassfish V2
> Reporter: Florian Kaltner

> Follow the steps below to reproduce this issue:
> 1.) Create a StatelessForm with a RequiredTextField in a Panel
> 2.) Do a HTTP POST to that form (e.g. by using the Firefox plug-in Poster)
> 2.1) In the content of the HTTP POST omit the value assignment for the required text field (i.e. do not write myTextFieldId=myTextFieldValue)
> The Form is submitted though the RequiredTextField didn't contain a value.
