I've volunteered to help out on this sub-task from the Jena side, but I'm not sure what steps need to be taken. Our CMS content is in the relocated svn at 

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jena/site/trunk/

I'm guessing that Infra need to do something to get the CMS build to work, but I could be wrong and it could be a project task. Happy to follow instructions! I had a look for guides to follow, but couldn't immediately see the relevant piece to read.
