[PR] board/stm32f401rc-rs485: Add support to LM75 sensor [nuttx]

   ## Summary
   Add support to LM75 sensor
   
   ## Impact
   Users will be able to use LM75 temperature sensor at smt32f401rc-rs485 board
   
   ## Testing
   - Configure and build stm32f401rc-rs485:lm75
   - Flash the board
   - Access NSH via USB 
   - Execute lm35 application:
   
   > nsh> lm75 -n 5
   > 27.81 degrees Celsius
   > 27.88 degrees Celsius
   > 27.88 degrees Celsius
   > 27.88 degrees Celsius
   > 27.88 degrees Celsius
   
   > 
   
   >
