How to get Exim Envelope To?

I'm running SA through MailScanner using Exim as MTA.

I'm writing a custom plugin and I'm trying to get the envelope-to var. I've
tried  my $envto = $pms->get('Envelope-To');  but it always comes back
empty.

Any ideas?
