Problems trying to compile using acompc

Hi list,

I just downloaded the binaries of the 4.8 sdk for Windows.
When trying to compile an air lib using acompc, I'm getting an error on the
air-config (error is correct, the air global swc does not exist in this
folder)

Loading configuration file C:\flex\4.8.0\frameworks\air-config.xml
Apache Flex compc (Component Compiler)
Version 4.8.0 build 1359417

C:\flex\4.8.0\frameworks\air-config.xml(64): Error: unable to open
'{airHome}/frameworks/libs/air/airglobal.swc'
      </external-library-path>

Hi Joris,

If you downloaded the 'raw' binaries from the Apache site, did you
check out the README [1] that goes with it? It notes several
installation requirements and dependencies.

You might also consider using Om's SDK install app, which handles
these details for you. You can find it at [2].

I'm sorry if my answers read to much like an RTFM, that was not my intention.
