Tomcat/Jboss service.xml

Hi

I am trying to configure the following in the tomcat/JBoss 3
tomcat4-service.xml file:

<Context path="/themes" docBase="/usr/local/XSL_Templates" debug="0"/>

but it doesn't appear to work. Any help would be helpful!
