Thank's for your comments. I'm closing the ticket, because:
* _key_PK_hash are not present in system view now (since IGNITE-15424 ), so no duplication occurs.
* IGNITE-8386, IGNITE-10217 contains exhaustive information about unwrapping indexes for sql.
