We determined the Apache Quarks (incubating) name is not unique enough.  Our project has voted to change the name to Apache Edgent, and we request the name be changed for our infrastructure

Please rename Quarks to Edgent for the following:

- Git (we mirror to github)
- Jira
- Mailing lists
- Website
- Anything else I am missing?

This is an umbrella request.  I will create sub-tasks.
