Bug 3953 Servlet Reloading

Hello all,

I noticed that Tomcat 4 (final) had known reloading problems, so I 'upgraded
to' 4.1 beta. I noticed the bug above when I deployed my contexts beneath
the HttpConnector (duplicate reloading) yet when I deploy my contexts
beneath the WarpConnector servlet reloading simply doesn't happen. Is this a
known bug? Shall I use the bug reporting interface?
