No fonts were found ...
I am using batik raserizer through command line on RHEL3. Has anyone ever seen this error?
No fonts were found in '/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.4.2-sun-1.4.2.08/jre/lib/fonts:/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Type1:/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/TrueType:/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/tt:/usr/share/fonts/ja/TrueType'.
I am trying to convert an .svg to .jpg, and I think the only font-family in the .svg is "sans-serif". I have "fonts" and "font.properties" in "/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.4.2-sun-1.4.2.08/jre/lib" folder. Sans-serif must be common enough.

No I haven't seen that error.

The problem is that the JVM isn't finding _any_ fonts.
I would guess that for what ever reason your server is
configured not to have any fonts installed. I suspect that if you
install the font package for your distribution the problem
may go away.
