[Bug 52498] no way to put a button in a bar to switch on/off the ruler in Draw

The command is "Ruler" (=.uno:ShowRuler) in the category "Document". Is will
become a text button. You can assign a self-made icon in the customize dialog.
Button "Modify" > Change Icon.
