APR buildconf: You need autoconf version 2.13 or newer installed

Hi, 

due to the fact that the dowloaded binary of the webapp-module doesn't work
with SunOs 2.6 I've tried to build one on my own. I followed the readme.txt
but ended at:

build/buildcheck.sh: autoconf: not found
    APR buildconf: buildconf: checking installation...
    APR buildconf: buildconf: autoconf not found.
    APR buildconf: You need autoconf version 2.13 or newer installed
    APR buildconf: to build Apache from CVS.
  Execution of ./buildconf returned 1
configure: error: APR buildconf terminated with error code 1
bash-2.02$     

I admit I ain't gotta be a SunOs prof but where can I get that autoconf ?
