If a usecase like Paste or ChangeNodeID is invoked for a document with
resources, an error occurs: 
org.apache.lenya.cms.usecase.UsecaseException:
org.apache.lenya.cms.publication.PublicationException:
java.lang.RuntimeException: Cannot write to source
[lenya://lenya/pubs/default/resources/authoring/tutorial/new_doctype/foo.gif]:
not locked!

The problem seems to be that the usecases lock the sitetree and the documents,
but not the resources, and the resources cannot be written without being locked.
