   # Bug Report
   When I try to add local plugins, cordova show errors like this: 
   
   ## Problem
   cordova -d plugin add plugins_dep/cordova-sqlite-legacy-build-support-1.3.7 --save --noregistry --link
   
   ### What is expected to happen?
   When npm finished with error 0 cordova shouldn't show errors.
   
   
   ### What does actually happen?
   ```
